Opening of the exhibition on Stalag XVIII D and international wartime law, authored by Dr. Daniel Siter, at the Museum of the Concentration Camp Crveni krst in Niš

At the invitation of the senior curator and head of the Crveni krst Museum, Nebojša Ozimić, we opened a new original exhibition titled “In the Shadow of the Overlooked,” dedicated to the operation of the Nazi camp Stalag XVIII D and the neglected aspects of international wartime law, which were gravely violated, especially against Soviet prisoners of war. Our hosts expressed their gratitude and admiration for our activities, achievements, and contributions to preserving historical memory.

The exhibition was formally opened by representatives of the National Museum of Niš and the City Municipality of Niš. The opening ceremony was also attended by representatives of the Slovenian-Serbian Friendship Association Zravica.

We agreed to continue our cooperation, and the exhibition will travel throughout Serbia.
